on a high-rise apartment project. He moved to New York City, where he managed a crew that performed masonry restoration on many of the City's most prestigious historical buildings.
Returning to Virginia Beach several years later, Mark became a project superintendent, building up to 20 custom homes at any given time. In Virginia Beach, he oversaw all phases of the construction process, from the foundation to the walk-through. Subsequently, Mark began a remodeling company that performed many residential exterior-finish projects and custom renovations. Meanwhile, Mark purchased homes in the greater Norfolk area to renovate and later resell.

After relocating to the Charlotte area, Mark noticed the extraordinary growth in the surrounding counties. He quickly obtained his General Contractor's license and began Artisan Contracting with the goal of becoming the most sought after contractor in North Meck County.
Mark's years of experience has led him to a business philosophy of treating his clients like he wants to be treated. He believes that follow-through and honesty are crucial to creating a working relationship with his clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
